This is a dual band 2.4/5.8G dipole antenna that has been designed to cover all sub GSM,UMTS,Cellular, ISM and WIFI with frequencies in the 2400 to 5850MHz spectrum.
The 2.4G/5.8G whip antenna is vertically polarized with an omnidirectional radiation pattern.This antenna does not need to be connected to the ground-plane of a device to radiate efficiently and neither is it in
any way detuned by connecting to a ground-plane.It has a quality TPE housing ,linear polarized can be made very small and light weight,especially useful for weight-critical application .
